- Delivery, Licence and activation records may be retained for the duration of the Licence and a reasonable period afterwards to verify authorised use and resolve disputes;
- Support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the issue and maintain an appropriate record;
- security and fraud records are retained according to the risk and any ongoing investigation;
- marketing information is retained until you opt out or it is no longer required, after which minimal suppression data may be retained;
